"This beautiful apartment, awarded 4 stars by the Préfecture de Côte d’Or, is situated on the first (French) floor of a 17th century mansion, it has been tastefully renovated and decorated and consists of:
• A large room measuring 35m², with high ceilings, mouldings and oak flooring. You will find a sleeping area with a large double bed, no feather bedding, a dining area and a living area with a flat screen TV. There are about 200 French and international channels to choose from (TNT, CNN, BBC World, Sky News and many others) and a selection of DVDs. WiFi. Air conditioning and a fan are provided.
• A separate kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a mini oven, a gas / electric hob, a washer-dryer, a toaster, a kettle, a cafetière, a blender, as well as an iron and ironing board.
• A bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, a glass shower screen here, no plastic curtain which sticks to everything. You will find an assortment of toiletries and a hairdryer. The toilet, with its own washbasin, is separate.
For your comfort well being, the apartment is entirely non-smoking and pets are not allowed. An enclosed storage area for cycles is available for your use.
